It hurts to lose someone. Find help at GriefShare.

GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. Led by people who understand what you are going through, you will gain valuable resources that help you recover from your loss and look forward to rebuilding a future.

GriefShare is a 14-week video seminar that features experts on grief recovery topics. Each meeting will involve a small group discussion time to allow participants to talk about the content of the seminar and about how they are dealing with the death of their loved one. Sessions include: Is This Normal?, The Challenges of Grief, Grief and Your Relationships, Why?, and Guilt and Anger.
