What is Alpha?
The Alpha course is an opportunity for anyone to explore spirituality from a Christian perspective. Relaxed, non-threatening, low key and fun, Alpha is a place to ask anything—no question is considered too simple or too hostile.
When and where is it?
Tuesday mornings from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM (childcare provided)
Tuesday evenings from 5:45 PM to 8:15 PM (dinner included, no childcare)
What’s involved?
Twelve thought-provoking weekly sessions. Alpha guests share meals, listen to a series of talks, and then have small group discussion. Each talk covers a fundamental question such as:
- “What is the meaning of life?”
- “How do we deal with guilt?”
- “What happens when we die?”
What does it cost?
The Alpha course is free.

- People interested in investigating Christianity
- Newcomers to the church

- Christians who want to brush up on the basics
