Some men are sports fanatics, most are enthusiastic fans and others see it as an opportunity to build character among youth.  Whatever your interest, the church has a number of options, including:

Softball
West Shore men’s softball teams participate in the Twin Shore Church Softball League Rules.  The teams – usually two teams – are committed to playing to the best of their abilities, to encouraging each other, developing friendships and, most importantly, to being true representatives and a witness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.                       

Upward basketball and football for youth
This program is an excellent way for men to support the physical, social, family, and spiritual development of children.  Upward Sports:

•    involves all children regardless of athletic ability;
•    eliminates extreme competitiveness and the pressure to win;
•    restores the fun of sports in a wholesome family environment;
•    affirms that “Every Child is a Winner;” and
•    doesn’t consume the family’s schedule.
