Russ Allen, Senior High Director
Russ has been part of student ministry at the church since 2011, starting as a LifeGroup leader. He attended graduate school at Liberty University and is currently finishing his Doctor of Education degree in Secondary Curriculum and Instruction. At Liberty, Russ instructed church history courses through the School of Divinity and was a student fellow with the Center for Apologetics and Cultural Engagement. Russ’ greatest passion is sharing the gospel with younger generations and leading them into a joy-filled, faithful walk with Christ. In his spare time, Russ likes to read books, write, and play sports.

April Forster, Ministry Administrator
April has been involved in Student Ministry since 2006, first as a life group leader, and now as the Student Min Admin. Her favorite thing about Student Min is watching God work in student’s lives and seeing students grow in their faith. April is married to Mike and has one son, one daughter, and one son-in-law. In her spare time, she loves eating out and trying new foods, reading, traveling, and reading about traveling! Born and raised at the Jersey shore, she tries to get to the beach as much as possible.

Tim Ryan, Executive Pastor & Director of Junior High Ministries
Tim experienced the Father’s faithful, loving pursuit until Jesus captured his life at age 17. Since then, God has opened many doors of ministry in and through his life for rewarding involvement in short-term mission trips, camps, and ministry to children, youth and men. Tim loves to travel, adventure and the outdoors—especially hiking, camping, kayaking, and whitewater rafting. Tim and Amy are celebrating over 25 years of marriage and are launching their four girls into adult life. They have attended the church since 2002.

Quay Sans, Ministry Intern
Quay San has been a part of student ministries for the last seven years – as a student, LifeGroup leader, and now intern. He graduated from Messiah College in 2018 with a Studio Art major (emphasis on painting and ceramics) where he played on the NCAA Division Three Men’s Volleyball team. Quay knows the importance and transformative experience that youth ministry has on a life and is eager to be a part of making space for God to move in students lives. In addition to his love for Jesus, Quay loves food, games, the beach, art museums, and Spikeball.
