The Adult Discipleship Pastor serves the body of West Shore Free Church (WSFC) by encouraging and equipping adults to take their next step in following Jesus and making Him known. This position provides direct oversight for WSFC’s Engagement Pathway, as well as LifeGroups and Learning Communities. This position also oversees and aligns adult discipleship ministries with the Engagement Pathway.

This position is full-time.

The Community Resource Center (CRC) Coordinator serves West Shore Free Church (WSFC) by coordinating the primary CRC outreach activities. This initiative provides after school tutoring and mentoring for children of non-English speaking parents and organizes social activities to build community with their families. The CRC Coordinator will function as the point person responsible to recruit, train and support volunteers, build relationships with the students and their families, cooperate with Geneva Greens management and generally keep the CRC organized and clean.

The Missions Pastor at West Shore Free Church is a deeply relational shepherd who keeps the Great Commission at the heart of the congregation. More than just managing logistics or overseeing trips, this role is about genuinely caring for people—mentoring field partners, coaching volunteers, and walking alongside national leaders so they feel truly known and spiritually supported rather than just financially backed. Whether providing pastoral care to global missionaries, leading local outreach efforts like the Refugee Response and Community Resource Center teams, or inspiring the church body, this leader uses their cross-cultural wisdom to build authentic, meaningful connections.

Position Description

The Video Production Coordinator serves West Shore Free Church (WSFC) by creating high ‑quality video and media content that supports the mission of WSFC to Follow Jesus and Make Him Known. This position plays a key role in telling stories that encourage and inspire the church family, while also overseeing the technical and creative execution of Sunday morning live stream services. Working under the direction of the Communications Manager, this role contributes to the broader communications strategy through video production, content creation and live stream coordination.

The Worship Director/Pastor serves the body of West Shore Free Church (WSFC) by working collaboratively with the Senior Pastor to ensure that Sunday services lead the congregation to worship God with reverence and awe. The intent is always to bring God honor and glory and to hear what He would say to us through His Word and our praise. The Worship Director/Pastor will also build a healthy team of worshippers who will be able to faithfully lead our church in various expressions and opportunities for worship as we live and serve together. In addition to worship leadership, the Worship Director/Pastor provides high level oversight and direction for the Hospitality Ministry, cultivating a church culture that welcomes everyone and helps new attendees take their next step.
